Pacha i.e.Yagneswar Mohanty is also a close relative to my sister's house and I must have spent many days with him at her place as a child of school going age.

Kedara Mausa- an ever-smiling man close to Adei Bhai. A man for all occasions the person is always at home in all our family functions.

They used to call it "Chahandia" during my child-hood days. It was a big pond and I was a frequent visitor here as it was just adjacent to my sister's house and they owned them. It was shabby and in real bad condition and my brother-in-law who passed away on 15th, after his retirement some 20 + years back renovated it. A portion of Chahandia on 25th June2006 on the 11th day of his funeral.

Obituary-Dhadia Bhai

Dhadia Bhai- my brother-in-law is no more. He passed away today at about 1.30 PM at his Patenigaon residence. Khetramohan Swain was one of the few educated people from his and my village of his time.He did his ITI training in motor mechanics in the fifties of 20th century just after independence and was posted to different parts of Orissa through Orissa Road Transport Corporation, the company he served in various capacities to retire as MVI in the eighties. Married to my sister at a very young age, almost all his children are my contemporaries and that's why he is a father figure to me. I can never forget his financial assiatance to me while I was pusuing my undergraduate medical studies at Berhampur at the suggestion of my father and later when I decided to marry in 1979 when I was doing my post-graduation, but more important was his love for me and Niyati and our children. A sensitive man he used to send sarees to Niyati when her relationship with Balasore was non-existent- particularly almost half a decade after our marriage, he used to send sarees on different occasions to Niyati so that she doesn't feel upset. A lover of drama and theatre, he was an avid actor and director particularly during his stay in Koraput and Jeypore. His mortal remains are being burnt to ashes at Swarga Dwar, Puri when this obituary note is being written but his encompassing love for us and his family will always be a source of inspirqation to all of us.

I pay my homage to this man who was a great Piusa for me.
