Our custom doesn't allow us the people who observe the rites to have food on 11th day after the final rites are over immediately. It was 2.40 PM and we were all starving since the 10th day evening. The neighbour to my brother-in-law seen in vests along with his family had prepared food for us in his house. Shankar with his family.
